Vicky Smarts Tutoring was founded by Victoria Morris, an experienced educator who has served as a teacher within the New York City Public Schools system. She is a graduate of Queens College and brings years of classroom experience, curriculum knowledge, and a deep understanding of diverse learning needs into every service we provide.
